"It was a cold snowy wintery night and we decided to order some Pizza Hut and I have to say, the store manager turned out to be a true gem. Short handed and running behind, she was delivering food to the hungry masses as quickly as she could. She was unnecessarily apologetic to us for running behind schedule. We appreciated her cheerful demeanor and were by no means put out. Our food was hot and tasty. She also returned later after realizing we had not received our dessert. I am very impressed with her customer service and she’s a solid 10 in our book. Thank you very much!"

"I was having problems using a coupon code in the app. The owner/manager walked me through how to submit my order, but I still messed it up and just went to the store, which was close by. She not only helped me place the order but she ended up giving me the rest of my order for free. I was shocked. So unexpected. I think she was doing it because I had so much trouble with my order, but the customer service was fantastic and THEN went even a step further. Every time I've talked to this manager on the phone, she's been super nice and professional. Highly recommend giving them a try!"
