KFC 1717 West Highway 50, O'Fallon, IL 62269

"I had a drive-thru order and was immediately told to pull into a numbered parking space. As I waited, two more cars pulled into the numbered parking spaces. My thought was, "Wow, they're making everyone pull into the "order" pickup parking spaces." I didn't order online. I ordered in the DRIVE-THRU. I waited patiently until I felt silly waiting for a dive thru order. I got out of my car to go get my money back, and the lady asked if I was there to get the two "WHATEVERS." I told her that I was indeed. She yelled out to the sandwich maker, "Hey, she's waiting on those two whatcha call it's!!!" She didn't flinch, look up, switch the arm she was resting on as she leaned on the other, and SLOWLY put a pickle, then three strands of lettuce, then the ¼ piece of chicken finger, and the sauce on the sloppily made wrap. I think the reason I stood there and didn't demand my money back was because I was in utter shock. Wow!! Is this what it has come to? Zombies have mutated the human race. Where is the choice for DRIVE-THRU? I guess the joke is on me."

"I ordered the fill up Box with nuggets & chicken, fries and biscuits . All my food was cold, biscuits hard. Food wasn't fresh at all. So disappointing, crazy that it would even be served liked this. Employees should have more pride in the quality of food, fast food or not, i just spent $29. Very dissatisfied."

"Double down is awesome. Have had 3x. Eat inside; it is hot. Restaurant is clean. I'll be sad when it leaves again! Prices a little high."

"The staff is always friendly. The food is always good. My favorite thing to get is their $5 box. Its 2 pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw (they have some of the best coleslaw. Its the creamy one) a biscuit and chocolate chip cookie. Its a great bargain. My fiancée got the famous chicken bowl. Both were very good. Hot and fresh. Service was great"
