Chick-fil-A

"I'm writing this review after their renovation was complete, but all of this applied beforehand as well. I have eaten at several Chick-fil-As in the area and this one is on the lower end. My order is consistently off. Whether I made a modification to an item or ordered something exactly as it comes on the menu, I expect something to be missing or incorrect (I always have to pull out of the drive-thru and check my food before I leave). Their salad is probably the worst out of the Chick-fil-As in the area. They are also very stingy, withholding additional sauces or crackers/tortilla strips (I'm not sure if this is intentional or because they forgot, but it happens almost every visit). The service varies wildly, some workers are friendly, others are more concerned with their side-conversations or barely register a question you asked them. I rarely see the same employee twice, so I don't know if they're having a hard time keeping workers or if it's a management problem. I still go here frequently because it's convenient and it's nice to have a Chick-fil-A in Arnold, I just wish it was better."

"It was peaceful. The ordering experience was nice. The employees were patient and calm. The food came out fast and was good. In all this deserves a 4.5 out of 5."

"Need to bring back large shakes, not this tiny kid sized cup thing they are pushing... Lol they got rid of the drive up window and replaced it with a door so they can take order to your car before you even have a chance to make it to the window - they know how to make money!!!!"
