"gave me wrong meat on my taco and asked for the old one back to remake it even tho they are not supposed to accept anything back through the window due to health hazards, asked to speak to the manager and she told me she needs to throw it away to give me the remade one? i said at this point i want to refunded for the taco i had to come back because you made it wrong I have my receipt still with me and you’re refusing to remake it and the manager shut the window on me! great manager material won’t be coming back to this location, i suggest galena they are nice there I will be speaking to corporate"

"Went to place an order today was registering the order very rudely. When I got to check out an item was missing instead of him, trying to correct it. He argued that I only ordered two. I told him he kept speaking over and rushing me to the next item is why he didn’t hear any told me you too. Have a good day very rude. Will never spend another dime there. I understand Spanish people working there but if you’re going to rush paying customers because of your language barrier shouldn’t have a customer service job do better"

"Recently remodeled, the new Taco Bell in Aurora looks and tastes fresh. Conveniently located on Route 31 -Lake Street- is my stop by on my way home and get some fast food place. Taco Bell is always coming up with new and delicious stuff, or sauces, to which I personally enjoy the “Diablo” hot -hotter- sauce. The new sauce is like the name “Devilish hot and mouthwatering evil.” The staff here is great and very friendly. The newly built and setup layout for this restaurant is fun and comfortable, and it’s kept clean."
