"I can't believe I paid 1.99 for a stale apple pie. I watched the manager take the pie from the shelf, and the manager took the pie to the back with her. The manager returned with Pie and put in the bag. Coffee warm, and no napkin. I may not be coming back here again to this location. She took off the hot until label off the box. You can see where it was. Location rte 56 at kirk rd . Food inspector need to be contacted"

"I came to order 2 meals for 2 people and for some reason we were told to wait in a spot for our order. No issue I understand the food industry but when we see 8 more cars and counting leave with their order before us, it makes you wonder why we were waiting 10 minutes plus. We asked an employee who came outside to give another order out and sure enough, they came outside with our order 1 minute later. It’s like they just forgot about us"

"Not that I have high expectations, but when I ask for no ketchup, the order is correct on the screen, and the ticket printed says no ketchup, can my burger please have NO ketchup. This is not the first time this has happened either, but hope springs eternal. The fries are always cold, the new toys in the happy meals are lame, and why have two order boxes if you’re only going to use one. Two stars because the staff is friendly and always says hi to my kid. UPDATE: 6/13/23 Note picture added. You had the sticker RIGHT IN FRONT of you NO PICKLE NO KETCHUP..what..I’m at a loss of words!?! I now will drive 15 minutes out of my way to hopefully get the correct order I paid for."

"Ordered a 2B with an apple fritter. Waited 17 minutes for them to finally come out with my food to tell me they completely forgot the order. Instead of making the order right, they gave me a refund. I came here 20 minutes early to grab a bite to eat and now I'm showing up to work explaining to my boss why im LATE WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH!!!!!!..........A big crane and a wrecking ball is what this restaurant needs"
