"Chicago Style garden dog was perfection!I ate all of the fries because they were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned! The cake shake was rich and amazing. Service was friendly and fast. The only weird thing is that it seemed that part of their menu board wasn't working because the hot dogs weren't up there."

Any issue I’ve had with an order is quickly and pleasantly resolved. Portillo’s is a very family friendly place for comfort food! "I was craving a delicious Hot Dog and Portillo's did not disappoint. I had a Chicago Style Dog with everything on it. I also had their moist and oh so good Chocolate Cake. My husband had an Italian Beef Combo, which I tasted and it too was delicious. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. When I go back, I will visit Portillo's Elgin."
