"Wonderful service by caring employee and manager!! I am sorry I just don’t know their names. I had an issue placing my order on the app last night on 2/29/2024 (my fault entirely). I had intended to place two separate orders but was not successful, completely my fault as I’m very new to the the McD app. The employee and manager (I don’t know their names) listened carefully to my explaining, smiled warmly, were very polite and quickly and kindly corrected my order. I appreciate your time and kindness and for helping solve my issue today. Thank you."

"Honestly, it's hit or miss. There are times it seems like the entire order is wrong, and obviously, on the flip side, it's right. Regarding the staff, it's kind of the same. I've met one leadership person who wasn't very friendly, and I've met other staff who understand the importance of great customer service. Fresh warm fries always help the experience. Keep them hot!"

"Always check your bag before you leave the window. It's a must at this location... hold the line and check. I have been going to this location for years. Staff changes frequently and services are not consistent. I'll take people honking for me to move, over me needing to call and go back for what they missed. The Bucciferro family needs to oversee operations more frequently. Also if this post gets a reply from the management trust me I've heard all the excuses. Get the job done! Inflation has gone up and the services has gotten worse. Don't mention wages."

"Place was freezing! Food was cold. It was like pulling teeth asking for ketchup and sauce. The manager didn’t care when I told her she was out of napkins and ketchup her words “that’s cool” run from this place!"

"This place is full of idiots! They sat there talking to each other joking around and I watch my order sitting there after I asked I got yelled at by some big fat Mexican lady and her big fat friend had to chime in also!! They think they are real tuff!! I will never go there again because of the attitude of those two women!! They need to go down to the huntley road and Algonquin one to see what real customer service is!!! Need to be retrained!!!!"
