"DO NOT go to the location on Algonquin Road and Square Barn in Algonquin, Illinois. This location is CONSTANTLY out of everything. Even at 930 in the morning. The people who work there are at least honest about the store and tells us this is the case all the time. This is probably the poorest run Dunkin in the chain. We will never be back to this store."
"I ordered from door dash and my drink was half gone . They don’t make the drink properly knowing the person isn’t there to see it being made . Very bad service"
"I go here before,during, and after work at the Jewel Osco across the parking lot. Everyone I have ordered from is nice and every time except once has my order been correct. When I go during my breaks they are quick to get everything out and on time before I run out of time on my break. I have been going since August and I enjoy going there."

"Drive thru here is ridiculously SLOW. Was about 4 -5 cars in line and took 20+ minutes to get through. Then the mobile order I had placed 30 minutes prior was wrong. Don’t waste your time going here. The extra 5-10 minute drive to another nearby dunkin will save you time and the hassle."
