"Felt bad the guy was working by him self so I don’t blame the worker but the quality of the food was absolutely Horrible we didn’t even finish it was that bad most times some thing aren’t what u expect and u gcan get over it and eat it but this pizza and bone in and boneless chicken wings tasted like they was made in a microwave and it was almost $60 for something that went in garbage. Do better papa johns."
"I placed an order at 5:30 pm and was expecting my order to be ready by 6:40. I called at 6:40, she tells that I have to wait another 30min. I wait and then call back then it's the same damn excuse that it's another 30-45min. Wait. It's already 2hrs in. You're telling me I have to wait 3-4hrs for my pizza to be ready?? This is terrible service. If you're under staffed, stop taking orders or close up. You don't keep taking orders in. Don't waste your time here."
"Placed an order at 5:30 pm. It's 7:10pm and the order is STILL not ready. Called 20 minutes ago to check on status and was told it would be 30-40 minutes. When I called again, I was told that it would be another 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to be understaffed, don't take any more orders until you're caught up or better yet, DON'T OPEN FOR BUSINESS if you're inadequately staffed. Our order was only one pizza it wasn't even a huge order."
"This store should get less than 1 star. They made a mistake on a pizza order and the manager refused to rectify the situation. He said he wouldn't give us a "new pizza for free" even though we paid for the original one. We had hungry kids who couldn't eat and the manager (who refused to give us his name) hung up on us mid conversation after being extremely disrespectful. We will never return to this establishment due to lack of professionalism and customer service."
"There service has dropped off.They did not cut our pizza. Didn't give us the extra dipping sauce that we ordered and paid for even after I asked. Bread sticks were not brushed with garlic butter. Horrible service. Train your employees"
