"I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour to get my drink!! How to take my kids to school and then end up being late because of Dunkin!! this Dunkin’ Donuts should never be understaffed. Why is there only one person working early in the morning when there should be at least two or three people working especially since the Dunkin’ Donuts is next to a gas station there’s gonna be a lot of people coming in and out. if I could do no stars, I would because this happens all the time. And high school students and people who work and they’re not even working a shift coming in and just taking his stuff, while the person who is working, is sitting here, struggling with all these people. This is not professional, and this is not how everything works."
