Starbucks

"Hello, I have been going to this Starbucks since it first opened. The barista Micheal has been rude to my family and I countless number of times for years now. He does not say hello or greet us, he argues and tells us we’re wrong when an item is made incorrectly and overall does not represent a nice decent human. Every interaction we have with him he displays bad customer service and ultimately seems like he just hates us. Idk what we did to him lol but he really seems unhappy with his life."

"Super nice staff. No waiting for drinks. Usually very quiet in the evenings."

"I was at the Bartlett location on a Sunday morning. The server added milk in my coffee when i had asked for cream. I returned to the pickup counter and told the girl filling orders. She said “OPEN THE LID.” So i did and to my surprise the coffee was filled to the rim. It began to spill in my hand. Fortunately it was not boiling hot so I evaded a burning incident. She took the cup, a bystander customer went to get me napkins and I was able to control the situation. The servers need to be retrained and told not to be so rude."

"This is one of my favorite locations to get coffee they always get my order right which makes me very happy. Unfortunately today that was not the case.I’m honestly very disappointed The first photo is when I realized my coffee was under portion and covered up with whipped cream. The second photo is after the whip cream melted. I pay for the quality and the service of the coffee that’s why I don’t mind paying the six dollars that I do but today I definitely do mind ."
