"Ordered 3 Qtr. Pounders and only got 2 delivered. Like come on, this can't be that hard, try hiring some people who aren't braindead? At $7 a pop the least you can do is make sure they're all in the bag. Their phone is disconnected so you can't call, and I'm not driving out to correct their screw-up. Luckily the delivery app can partially refund."
"This place is the worst. Drive thru employees always have an attitude and their listening skills are zero. You have to repeat your order several times and they still get it wrong. When you tell an employee at the window the order is wrong they'll pretend like they don't hear you and close the window."
"I get to the McDonald's and see someone ordering in the Drive-Thru, so I think they're open. I go up to order and I'm waiting in silence for a minute or two. They get back to me to tell me they just closed. The time was 12:01. They waited me out so they wouldn't have to serve me RIGHT AFTER I see them serve someone else. Bogus. They love to waste your time here. Separate incident, but same location. They game me a burger with no patty. Everything else, just no patty."
"Acceptable food at reasonable prices. Free refills at the self service drink fountain. Plenty of outlets for charging phones and using laptops. Special chairs for babies. Clean bathrooms with baby changing tables. Play area for children is separated from the main dining hall and has it's own bathroom. It's got a modern feel and look."
