"I wanted a drink with no ice, they wanted to give me half cup of drink because it is ice drink. So… basically I pay for ice$9???? Radiculous, never ever to this location or if they do it everywhere…… rather big no for Starbucks drinks. Can’t stand that kind of tricks."

"I want to say the hot or ice coffee is always made with love and comes out perfect to my liking. They are always quick when busy. Only thing is every time I order a Frappuccino is it is always so watery. It’s never thick like it should be to last longer. Everyone is so friendly and kind. One time we ordered something and they tried to get rid of some stuff since they were expiring and gave them to us for free which was so nice of them instead of wasting the food."
