"Third time there this week. Third time they mess up my order. The people that used to work there were fine it seems like they have new management and the people working the window I have no idea what is going on. They get the order right on the order screen they ring it up correctly it's not correct on the receipt but what they give me is not what I paid for or ask for."

"Haven't had an issue with our food like the rest. We order coffee and chocolate long johns... not a difficult order. Yet the *same* drive-through lady every single time is rude, slow, and gets the order wrong. I'd understand if they were busy, but we go outside of peak hours. I'm sure she's a good worker, but it's clear that there's a language barrier, and this location has several other employees who can help at the intercom."
