"Back in July of 2022, I had an incident with a racoon in my 2015 VW Golf. I came to Curtis to get repairs for my bumper which had been zip-tied together to keep it from falling apart. Periodically I would call to check in and see what was going on with my bumper, trying to get an idea of when I would be able to get my car fixed. I even supplied a grille which I had prior to the accident to maybe expedite the process. However, month after month went by and there was still no information on when my bumper would even be shipped. I understand that in today's environment shipping delays and back-orders are common. However, I myself have been able to locate multiple "OEM" bumpers for my car. I was told then around November by Curtis, that another employee had been in charge of getting my bumper. Curtis had assured me that he himself would take care of it and figure out what was going on. I call once again in December, still no updates and nothing being done. Almost 6 months after initially starting to process through them. I gave them the rest of December to maybe allow them to get something figured out. I call again on January 5th, when I am told that the mysterious employee had perhaps had just ordered the wrong bumper and that there was still absolutely nothing being done, now pushing 7 months, with still no progression. I decided that I was going to go somewhere else, I went and picked up my grille I had given to them prior. It is very disappointing to have to deal with this, and honestly I had high hopes for this shop but ultimately, I was left with disappointment. This review certainly does not signify that Curtis and his shop won't be a great experience for you, in fact Curtis and Eddie specifically are very nice guys, I just wanted to share my experience."

"Had some parts on my motorcycle painted to match the factory color. Unfortunately the manufactor discontinued the paint, so I went through a third party to get the paint, and Tom match the parts perfectly to the rest of the bike. Great work and I'll definitely go back if I need any odd ball paint work done."
