"So it’s the 10th time I’ve gone to this Dunkin asked for oat milk latte and got regular milk instead. Luckily I’m not lactose intolerant but this could kill someone. I just don’t like open dairy sitting in my car. At this point it’s a funny mystery what I will get vs what I ordered: 8/10 times the person took my order sounded like she is being held there against her will 10/10 times got regular milk instead of oat milk 5/10 times asked for no whip and got whip cream The chances are they will mess up your order. I only go there when I’m late and since it’s officially been 100% miss on my order I’m leaving this review. Maybe something is wrong with their headset and they can’t hear customers??"

"The morning coffee crew needs to be retrained ASAP. For several days now my coffee has been absolute garbage. I always order a medium iced caramel latte, light ice. What I get, WITHOUT FAIL, is a milky monstrosity that has no caramel swirl and a full glass of ice. Today, in spite of it having so much milk (nearly pure white), all I could taste was bad coffee. Yet again, no caramel. Tons of ice. It's atrocious. The one time I've asked them to remake it, it came out worse. (I usually don't bother since I don't have time to dawdle in the morning.)"

"I frequent several DD's. I would say they get my order correct 90% of the time. Some employees bend over backwards to give great service and some should not work there or anywhere."

"The customer service was terrible. I explained my drink order 3 times and they still got it wrong. The music was blaring and they were more concerned with talking to each other than taking my order correctly. It wasn’t a difficult order…a frozen hot chocolate and a mocha coffee and they still got it wrong! I was so annoyed and left with incorrect drinks because the thought of explaining it again was too much."
