"This Duncan is ridiculous. I Hos those people are training, especially this guy at the register. He had absolutely no idea what he’s doing. I ordered a wrap with only sausage and egg with no cheese and a caramel macchiato with extra whip cream and caramel. The drink came and it was a latte with minimum whipped cream and caramel. Fine. I was obviously waiting for my food. He asked me what that I was waiting for. Sir, I literally just ordered with you 30 seconds ago and you forgot? There came my gift and I had my wrap with no sausage, only egg and cheese. My hand was also bigger than the wrap just fyi. Waste of my money. Then I asked for 5 pump of caramel. I was really asking for the drizzles but what do I know. I don’t work there. He should’ve asked. He didn’t and literally just gave me pumps of caramel and it sunk all the way to the bottom. So I ask the for drizzle and this guy told me it was the same thing. Uhhh no. No is liquid and one is drizzle."

"Worst experience every time we visit. They never give food properly. They always miss something in our order. And Today they gave burnt toast and it’s not edible at all. Management should take action on workers"

"Hot and fresh food made to order. Donuts weren't stale so that's definitely a plus! Coffee is always delicious! Employees were also really friendly."

"Service is very slow and not organized. Staff don't know what items ar for those in the drive thru line and those waiting for their items inside the store. Donuts were thrown into bag and were smashed a bit. The breakfast sandwiches took 8 minutes to be maid and were not well out together. Avoid this location for your Dunkin needs if you can."
