"So angry right now had a problem with my dishwasher was told a couple days for parts with a call to let me know progress 5 days later no call no return call a few days later another few calls an excuse about the post office a month later still not fixed and will not return calls. Used to be a good company things have changed and not for the better. Another company came out reconnected a wire and fixed in less than 15 minutes. L&K never even checked."

"They were recommended to us. Lance came out as scheduled. It worked on our old front end washer and showed us what was wrong. The motherboard was bad and the seal on the door was bad. Due to the repairs in the age of the washer we thought it might be time to replace it. We talked about the options with him and he went back to the shop to find out exactly what was available for us right now or if we wanted to order one in. He called back he said he had two real good candidates in stock and both of these were on sale. We know the cost of quality washers. We were stunned to find out what their sale price was.
