"Roy is my go-to. He and his staff, many of whom are family or long-term employees, are always busy, yet always make time to get our vehicles in and serviced as quickly as possible. They are fantastic about setting expectations for wait times so I never have to worry about being left without wheels for an unanticipated period of time. Their prices are at least as fair as anyone else's, if not more-so, and their customer service is second to none. I recently had a more involved job that his crew doesn't do, but Roy towed my vehicle to a servicer, had it repaired, and brought it back to his lot so I could settle up there, all at a price that was super reasonable. "Roy has always taken great care of our vehicles at fair prices. One of my friends was told her car needed $3000 worth of work by a dealer. I told her to take it to Roy and get a second opinion, because I know he would never rip anyone off. She took it to him and the things she was told it needed it did not need. He got her car in tip top shape for less than $300."
