They call me every few months to check on the unit and come out and check on it complimentary for the first year. The second was in home rental I own, and was quoted 3,000 to repair it, he came out and advised me it was still under warranty and fixed it for $900 dollars. They always answer my calls and explain things to me. I've been very satisfied."
