As I began to explain my reservations about providing personal information stored on the laptop, a lady behind the counter consistently talked over me, dismissing my concerns without allowing me to articulate the reasons behind my decision. It was not only rude but also a blatant disregard for customer communication. I expected a pawnshop to value customer interactions and handle sensitive matters with a level of understanding. However, this particular establishment demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and customer-centricity. The staff's dismissive attitude towards my legitimate concerns made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. Moreover, the lady's constant interruption not only hindered my ability to express my apprehensions but also created an atmosphere of disrespect. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially when dealing with a service that involves personal possessions and sensitive information. "I absolutely cannot understand why certain employees have to have such snobby and disrespectful attitudes towards your customers, I wrote a review on the last one and this one is absolutely no different, you now have a rainbow head colored girl who for whatever reason decided she was gonna slide my item across a table speaking to me in an extremely rude tone, all while the store manager is RIGHT NEXT TO HER. But this is nothing new, he shrugs off almost every problem like its absolutely nothing to him and it’s unbelievable, almost every employee with the exception of a couple, act like they don’t want to be there, you got a manager who acts like he doesn’t even want to run his own store, yet you call yourselves a pawn shop. Youre just another screwed up establishment that clearly Mr. Jerry ain’t too concerned about fixing."

"Called for some information on movies. They couldn’t give it to me. I told them I would drive 1 hour and fifteen minutes the next day to come to the store personally. Knowing it was going to be a total of 2 and a half hours of drive time for me, the employee didn’t tell me they’d be closed now on Saturdays. So I drove all the way there to see a closed store. Now I get to drive back. Empty handed. Waste of gas, waste of time, I’ll never go back in there. Their movie cases feel greasy anyway. I had to always change them out in the past. I’m done."
