"Buyer Beware. You should pass on ordering CPAP supplies here. They know your coverage for supplies before they order. They failed to inform me of the costs I would need to pay! If you're looking for trust honesty and and integrity than you should choose a different provider. I was hoodwinked for the costs that a previous supplier had covered and sadly they knew it! Not reparable!"

"Let’s just say they don’t know what they are doing. I’ve called them my insurance and every time Ronda the lady who does “everything to keep this place running” does everything in her power to make your life complicated. She will tell my insurance advocate the complete opposite she tells me and so I get absolutely no where because she doesn’t know how to file your claim and they owe me $160 they refuse to give back. They do not follow insurance contracts or your best interest DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Try every other place other than this one and DO NOT SEE DR. ALAM. You will find that these places do not practice your best interest at heart."

"Let me start out by saying that I think the root of the problem is the owner of this equipment shop, dr Alam. He owns the sleep clinic next door. I had been his patient but had to switch dr.’s because he was so inflexible and unresponsive about my treatment. Staff keeps changing, equipment would not be in stock causing me to wait and not get my equipment cycled through as frequently as it should, at my last visit for my headgear I was just shown the equipment I asked for, no discussion, didn’t check my machine to see how I had been doing with my previous equipment, just showed me the headgear and let me try it on. The last straw was not being called when my equipment came in, and the clerk being defensive and short about it. I had called multiple times and waited WEEKS on the equipment. The clerk did call (my phone showed a one second call) and said my voicemail wasn’t set up (it is but it’s an iPhone and some people can’t leave messages so that’s probably true) and I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK AGAIN. Was it spite? A mistake? Just not part of the plan? The words “I’m sorry” were never uttered, even after I told her I was upset. I don’t do sleep therapy for fun. It is essential to my health and plays a big role in some debilitating secondary conditions I have. To have this office be so careless and uninterested in providing me with the equipment that maintains my general health has left me disturbed and broken my trust with them. It sucks that I will now have to travel 2-3 times as long as before, but getting proper care is more important than convenience. I can order equipment online, I want help from an interested staff to get the best results I can get from my sleep therapy."
