"This is literally a TRASH company! I placed an order at this location for a Surface pro 7+ and because they did not have the keyboard for the 2-in-1 surface pro 7+ they wanted me to drive to their Brentwood store and pick it up there & I would have been okay doing that had they let me get the surface pro 7 + there as well instead of the south county location. With the gas inflation no one wants to go to two different places when I can get it all at once! But of course it took them 1.2 seconds to take my money but would not allow me to pick it up at Brentwood said theyd have to refund me and I’d have to wait 15 bs days to get my money back so I can pick it up at Brentwood location. So I asked if I could have store credit to decide on a different 2-in-1 and they wouldnt even do that!!!!!!! I shouldnt be punished because YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH PRODUCT FOR THE CURRENT DEMAND. Just absolutely terrible customer service & policies I’d advise you all not to waste your time & just go to Microcenter they do price match! So now not only did they ruin my daughter’s birthday but I cant even get my money back in time to get her something else she wants! Very very bad experience will not EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN !!!!!! You all do not deserve my money. Despicable.If I could take this one star away I would give 0. Or negative."
"Had a gentleman by the name of Tyler come out to install my TV and my sound bar. Another rep at the store also said he would install my security cams, but it turns out that wasn't true. Being that I work from home, I trusted what I thought would be a quality agent to handle the install. Turns out, the process was rushed leading to a soundbar that was not installed evenly. Not only that, but Tyler hid a cable in between one side of the mount and my soundbar to make it APPEAR even. Only did I find this issue an hour after he left. When I tried to call and have him come back to fix the issue, the phone he called me from wasn't picking up. Calling Geek Squad directly, they stated that it couldn't be resolved and that an appointment for December 20th was the earliest they could take care of it. He presumably rushed the process because he had another appointment to take care of. Extremely disappointed, being that I spend a great amount of money at this location."
"Totally disappointed with our Geek Squad plan, and lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Quite simply, I had a cracked phone screen and needed it repaired. Instead, their option was to totally swap out the device with a refurbished device. The hassle of transferring all data, apps, etc., etc...was not necessary and a 2-day process. Additionally, I hate refurbished anything. And clearly the previous owner of this device was a heavy smoker. When the phone warmed, the odor was strong and offensive! When ready for an upgrade, I am thinking of going any place but Best Buy."
"If I could put 0 stars I would. I've brought my laptop in more than 5 times for repairs that were not my fault. This was in under a year, and with a 3 year warranty. Everything was hardware or software based. The lack of professionalism is outstanding! A+ for never telling me what will happen. They can't listen to simple instructions and do NOTHING that I ask of them. Stay away from them, they can't even back up 2 files. I'm about to lose all of my tax/school/health documents because they can't do a simple copy and paste. Their terrible service is about to cost me THOUSANDS this semester in college because they cant ACCOMMODATE or DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. YES I SAID THOUSANDS, all of my assignments and books I have including the documents mentioned above are as good as gone. The manager can't even come out to talk to you face to face! All of the service is scripted, I even got hung up on when I called them for a simple question!"
