"Giving this a 3 star review because the experience started off as zero stars and ended at 5. On the website there is a bridal collection listing, and you have the option to book an appointment for try on. I booked a 12:15 appointment, showed up at 12 with a couple of my friends. Upon walking in, a middle aged lady "greeted" us. When I said what I was there for she blankly looked at me and said "we don't sell wedding dresses, and your friend can't have that drink in here". I apologized for the drink as I didn't know she had walked in with a coffee and I was confused thinking maybe I was at the wrong shop. Double checked the confirmation email and yup this is where I made the appointment. I said I had made an appointment through the website and she was CLEARLY annoyed and went and told another woman what I was there for. I was ready to walk out at this point but that is when the whole experience changed. When the 2 younger women started helping me, they got a couple beautiful dresses for me to try on which I LOVED the one (did not purchase as I had just started my dress search). Long story short, I ended up having an AMAZING experience by the end of the visit. The 2 women were easy to talk to, VERY HELPFUL and had awesome personalities!!! So if you are going to get anything out of this review, this store has beautiful dresses, just try to avoid the older lady unless you want to get talked to like you are an idiot."

It was a beautifully organized shop with amazing customer service. By far our best prom dress shopping experience ever. I would highly recommend it."
