"Since no cars were getting worked on and 6 employees were standing around I figured it would be a good time to get my tires rotated and balanced. I signed my vehicle in and did some grocery shopping. Came back an hour later and the shop had several cars in the bays. I figured mine was done.. WRONG! They said they forgot to do mine! I asked to speak with a manager. They said they do not have one. Ridiculous! I asked for my keys and left.. They really don't care here..."
