"I get really anxious when going to the dentist. I've had full blown panic attacks while getting a routine teeth cleaning, so needless to say, I really dislike going for any reason. I finally forced myself to go in November of 2023 after not seeing a dentist since early 2021 (yikes!). I made my appointment at Park Place Dental as a new patient and was surprised with how fast they were able to fit me in. I dreaded going to the appointment from the moment I made it, but after I got there I realized I was in good hands. The dental hygienist, Jennifer, was so kind, caring, and patient with me during my cleaning. She was aware of how anxious I was, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was hanging in there and doing ok. She walked me through everything and told me step by step what she was doing which helped ease my nerves. She went over my care plan and made sure I understood everything. Dr. Stice was amazing, too! She's so friendly, bubbly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and this is after she squeezed me into the schedule for a same day filling even though I was only scheduled for a cleaning. (This was so helpful for me to just get it done, because had I needed a second appointment, my anxiety would have probably talked me out of going back to have it done!) I didn't catch the names of the other staff that I encountered, but everyone was helpful and friendly. I was so impressed. They have complimentary drinks in the waiting room. The office is impeccably clean. They have TVs on the walls in front of the dental chairs and even on the ceilings. There's plenty of parking, and OMG their decor/design in the office is SO nice. It's like straight out of HGTV! They even called me the day after my appointment to make sure everything felt fine with the filling. Never thought I'd be so happy with a new dentist! HIGHLY recommend!"
