Why did the slimy car salesperson sell the car the night before and not even bother to tell me? It was on hold for a reason? Then offer a worse deal for a worse car? Terrible customer service. "Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at any customer service based store! The car we rented had no A/C! After getting there at the time they opened and standing around in the heat for hours while they screwed around and basically told us to figure it out ourselves because they had no other vehicles on their lot for us. Finally 2.5 hours later we called roadside and had them find the closest place to us with a similar vehicle available. We ended up having to drive 45 minutes away to another ERAC in another state to hope they had a vehicle for us! We will never rent from this place again! They did nothing to help us get things resolved and customer service basically sent us almost an hour away on a hope and a prayer! I would never recommend renting from the Glen Carbon store, seriously, just find another company or drive to the one in MO next to the Lambert airport! I would give ZERO STARS if I could!"

"Started a rental with insurance, but took far longer than expected. I payed for 28+ days and enterprise location did not honor my rewards account to give me points / time with the $1k I spent with them. Due to this, I don’t think I will ever rent again from enterprise, and make sure my employees and our local offices do the same. Customer service matters and the I get a quick “ ohh we can’t “ is not a business I want to continue working with."

"I recently had to pick up a rental car while my car was being fixed for hail damage. The first time I went in, they gave me a big van to drive because that's all they had at the time. I checked back a few days later and they said they could put me in something smaller. I went in this morning and they were able to get me a smaller size vehicle, which was great. I worked with Peyton, the Assistant Manager, and she was so courteous and helpful! She was running around and doing so many things, very busy place. She came up and even gave me a choice of a few different cars to pick from. I really appreciated how professional and caring she was through the entire process of switching out the car. I can't say enough great things about her customer service, I'm so glad she worked with me. I highly recommend her...she is very organized and efficient and has a very positive attitude despite how busy that rental location is.
