"Purely by chance, I went to this Autozone as it was near where I experienced car difficulties. Due to my disability and the car problem, I could not go in. When I called, the young lady answering the phone was very kind despite the store's being very busy. When she couldn't help me, she sent out Andre. Andre did several checks for me and kept reassuring me that he would find the problem for me. When he did, he took care of it for me, again despite the fact it was Saturday and they were very busy. He was able to get my car operating again. He was honest about the fact he thought the problem was solved for now, but it might come back. Andre was a life-saver for me because I rely on my accessible van to get around. Thank you, Andre, not only for your professional help but also for your cheerful, helpful manner!"
