One of my favorite classes is Lyra with Nikki. She is a great instructor: she is patient with the students, she gives us the proper conditioning and tips to get stronger; her classes are challenging, fun and safe. But most importantly, she encourages every student to do their best in every class and to trust in our ourselves.
