KFC 2737 Veterans Avenue, Vandalia, IL 62471

"My family and I went inside to eat, the lady taking our order told us we could order inside but wasn't allowed to eat inside because they wasn't cleaning the tables. I wish we would've just left as soon as they told us that. The food took nearly 20 minutes. The floors are disgusting, the bathrooms are covered in toilet paper and piss. I understand everyone is short staffed but this place has gone down hill quick. I honestly can't believe they still have customers."

"I came in and ordered my Taco Bell and they skimped out on all the beef in the tacos and they completely missed an entire burrito. Called to see what the deal was and there was nothing but attitude from the worker. Never again"

"The most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever stepped foot in. Door handles greasy to the touch and the floor was so sticky your shoes might fall off. Mac and cheese looked like it was dried out over night then put in a container. Can't believe a health inspector hasn't shut this place down. I'll be calling the local health department tomorrow to make a complaint. If such an agency exists in this county."

"Very dirty atmosphere in both the eat in area and bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting. Floors were slick, trash can was full, urine in toilet that hadn't been flushed, no paper towels; only air dry, and litter on the ground in the bathroom. We didn't stay to eat. When we had eaten there in the past, it was in the drive-thru and the food was okay"
