"Was my birthday, I was tired and sad that day, after driving near 11 hours, all I wanted was a nice and warm plate of food, and well, you can see how much care they put on their plates. Horrible experience, next time I will check it before I take with me."

"I ordered a Brisk It All Melt, Fries, and a Strawberry Milk Shake. It asked how I wanted my eggs and I said scramble. Once I got my food I didn't have scramble eggs. I had egg on the sandwich but wasn't what I asked for. The fries could have been fresh and hot. My strawberry milkshake doesn't taste tasty. Somebody must have put too much milk in there because it is watery. Milkshakes should have a thickness to it. I hope the next time I order from there when I'm staying at the Pilot truck stop the food will be warmer and my milkshake will have a thickness to it"

"Our family of 5 came in for a much anticipated, great -5 Alarm Pepper Burger. While our service was good, our Cokes tasted like dish soap- we exchanged them for Dr. Peppers and they weren't much better. Soapy Glassware? So, back to the burgers....what a train wreck of a burger! This photo shows what it looked like under the top bun. Most everything was thrown in the direction of the bun but missed the bun for the most part- we reassembled them. 2 other burgers at our table looked like this. Big disappointment with the drinks and the 5 alarm "train wreck" burgers. The fries were good. 10/9/23"

"Service was fast and friendly. Food came out hot and quickly. Not too busy around 8a on a Thursday. My in-laws enjoyed there 55+ meal and I liked the Southern Benny ."
