"A gal named Addison finished our Subway sandwich with the condiments. She was absolutely amazing. I complained that she hadn’t changed gloves after handling money from the customer before me. She apologized & said she simply forgot. Then she thanked me for reminding her. She accepted my criticism so graciously, I just had to let you know. She was the reason I gave Subway a 5 star."

"Ordered pickup. Every sandwich was completely wrong. They refused to refund unless we brought the food and receipt back. We weren't able to leave the house due to a fussy baby. We're done ordering here. We usually order 2 to 3 times a week. It's ridiculous."
"Not impressed with the new remodel. Floors where all marred up from the construction team & needed a go scrubbing and wax very dull and the windows need washed properly looks like they took a wet dish towel & wiped them and didn't come back with a dry towel. They needed a professional washing."
