"They were throwing a bunch of donuts in the f trash and I asked if I could have 3. The girl stopped a second and said yes. But then she charged me for the 3 trash donuts on my way out then she threw the rest of hers in the dumpster. I wouldn't have wanted these trash donuts but screw you guys. I bet you don't ever see me again for more trash."

"Everytime I've gone here for a pizza it has NEVER been ready the time It states online. Majority of the time I show up there when it's supposed to be ready (15 minutes) and I get "oh were making it now." Haha well have the courtesy to call your customers and let them know it's not going to be 15 minutes. It's literally a hit or miss weather your pizzas even cooked correctly when you do get it. For tonight as an example, order a large pepperoni. Pretty simple right? Wrongggg. Ya was done in 15 minutes for once, yet the dough is COMPLETELY undercooked. OH WHAT DO YA KNOW, I sit here with the phone ringing for 15 minutes now and not a single person has picked up. Take my opinion and experiences and save yourself the hassle and bad food, go to pizza hut. They never disappoint and not once in the million times I've ordered there have I waited more than 15 minutes"

"Ordered online, pizzas were not even made when I came to pick them up 5 minutes after scheduled time. Was told another 15, waited 30. Went back in 1 pizza was done and the other hadn't even been made yet. Wth?!?!?!!?!Wth?!?!?!!?!? So they don't make orders together?!?! Awful customer service!!!!!! Will go to Ramsey next time."

"I used to really like Casey’s but lately the experience is horrible. What really pushed me over to no longer have my service at Casey’s is the rude male employee who makes the pizzas. I placed a carry out order for a specific time when I got there only one of my four pizzas were done I had to wait and the employees were standing around talking and then when my pizzas were finally done the employee suggested that I put in an earlier time if I want them done at the specific time requested. My words to this employee is that if a customer put in a specific time that it’s your duty to manage your time to make sure that those pizzas are done at the time they requested to be picked up. Do not blame the customer because you’re inadequate to know how to time manage to make pizzas. I will no longer be going to Casey’s and I will also be telling my friends and family to put their business elsewhere."
