"This apartmean is trash not good at I will advise you not to come rent so high but parking is so complicated you can’t even park in your own apartments without getting towed then they only have one trash area for the whole complex and let me tell you it stinks and it also looks disgusting driving by it . And they also don’t allow you to smoke here it’s trash 0/10 place to live I hate it here management is trash don’t let the nice looking apartments fool you it’s not cool here ppl breaking into cars this place needs to be shut down or ran by new management"

"Cops where there at least once a week. Trash was out of control. Parking was out of control. Moved out after my lease and gave them my forwarding address multiple times. Email and via phone when they called me for it. They kept my deposit, and then I get a credit hit 6 months later for $177.00 with no communication what so ever from anyone. Trash scummy folks."

"The experience I've had with this complex has been great! The communication is by far the best. They respond immediately & do not leave you in limbo. I've dealt with another complex before applying here and it was horrible. As soon as I walked into Crossroads, I was greeted and immediately assisted by Sofia & Izzy. Clear communication via email & phone calls. Also, Mrs. Patricia is amazing & attentive!! The whole office staff has been courteous, prompt and professional. The "other complex" is finally reaching out to me letting me know I've been approved to which I've politely let them know I've chosen to live elsewhere. If you're considering Crossroad Commons, look no further. The location is great, apartments are beautiful and well-maintained and the communication is above and beyond. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience!!"

"First, let me tell yall. This place has soooooo much trash it can't keep up. Secondly, if you have visitors, their car will probably get stolen.One just got stolen yesterday and another one in October, that I know about personally. The complex is new. The actual apartments are OK except that they don't clean the landings and stuff regularly. Bugs and trash are common in these areas, too. There are break-ins to vehicles and no recourse. They have no security and no cameras and no gates. Do they care? Nope, hope you have insurance. Crossroad Commons is the ghetto of Manor and I don't mean that it is mainly the people, but lazy upkeep and inadequate waste management and a complete lack in security. But they can see in the front office when you come and go because all their locks are set up like hotel keys. So they can secure you and your schedule, but nothing else. I will premise this by saying I don't live here. I visit here. I honestly wouldn't recommend living here unless you absolutely have to. And if you have a Hyundai or Kia vehicle, get security measures for your vehicle and make sure you have insurance because this place doesn't have any available for you."

"I love this complex, but they do not refill the poop bags in the various areas they are supposed to be. I think a lot more people would be picking up their dog’s poop if the bags were kept in supply. One other thing I severely dislike is the lack of more dumpsters on the property. The only “trash Compactor” on the property is NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE!"
