"Talk about home away from home! Owners were friendly and very helpful, the house it’s self was put together to make you feel at home. TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, the beds are as comfortable of bed as you will sleep in. The place was quiet and the rooms spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Quiet, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, I immediately felt like I was safe at home. As a single woman working on the road it was great to know that the owners and their (well trained) dogs were on-site, I was immediately comfortable. Having a full kitchen saved me not only money, but more importantly it saved me time and calories compared to eating at drive through windows or restaurants. There were no extra costs for things like laundry, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the beds were better than mine at home. If anything the pictures don't do it justice, I will definitely stay again next time."

"Pecan Place is beautiful and the owners have made the space cheerful and welcoming, extremely comfortable, a true home away from home. The beds are like clouds, there are TV's in both of the bedrooms not just the living room, so if you had kids they could play their games while you watch a movie. It's great that they have both Netflix and ROKA included and also have different profiles like KIDS, ACTION, SCI-FI and COMEDY already set up. The kitchen is fully equipped and even down to the great, already-prepped chefs' knives. It was easy to get down to cooking your meal (unless you get the privilege of one of William's meal invites!) There is a "take a book, leave a book" shelf, which is right up my alley, plus a desk and chair tucked in the living room where it's easy to get work done, while keeping an eye on the TV (The wifi was fast which helped). William, the owner has a story about anything that you can think of and is happy to chat, and Laura, the other owner, is sweet and likely to drop off freshly baked cookies and cupcakes during your stay. You will be happy she did. You'll love staying in such a beautiful and comfortable place, especially when you find out it's less than it costs to stay in a single room with two queen beds at the local hotels. The apartment was truly a gem, as are the owners! Thank you, William and Laura!"

"Had a great time at this beautiful place while in Texas. The young couple that runs this place were incredibly helpful with directions and places to visit while I was there. Only stayed about 2 weeks but I had a amazing visit. Place is very clean and super friendly with great conversations from the couple. I highly recommend everyone stay here."
