"I have been trying to reach out to find out the status of my items and only have been able to leave a voice message. No one has returned my call. Not at all please with this shop. They were more than friendly when I dropped off my items, but it seemed to have ended when I walked out the door."

"I got some money for a few clothes I brought in when they first opened. Bought a few nice items. Wanted to take a few more things in and shop, but I couldn’t figure out when they were open. Finally in the Fall of ‘22, I took in some fall items, was told they hadn’t thinned out their summer items yet from the racks and couldn’t take them. Okay. At that time I was told that I was owed $15 for sale of items from first time. BUT , she couldn’t get in touch with owner, so couldn’t give me the payment. Okay. It’s Spring/Summer’23, I bring in some Spring/summer items. Can’t take them. Only taking prom dresses. I asked about my $15 owed to me. They had no record of it and the owner wasn’t there. Summary: Divine Thrift and Consign is a poorly run operation. You’re bound to lose more money than you make on your consignment goods. Can’t believe they’re still in business. Too bad. Great concept poorly executed."

"Very helpful owner, went during prom dress shopping season so few selection on everyday clothes. But found some great items, prices vary from $100-$5, all depends on brand and condition. Pant suits, everyday/business casual/occasion dresses, pants, blouses. Great variety and will be back for sure!"

"Beware! I dropped items off 3.25.22, there is a refundable holding fee that they charge tax on of $21.53 (I will be reporting to IRS). After no contact for several months I was finally able to contact someone who stated they would like to keep the items a month longer, I agreed. Again no contact for several months, hard to reach, poor communication. Finally went into the store and arranged for pick up later that day. I was told that their policy changed and I would have to talk to Vivian to receive the refund promised of my holding fee, I am also missing an animal print dress. I picked up my items Nov.5th, 2022, several messages through FB page and the # given to me at the store and still no contact. I would avoid this business, very unprofessional, unethical practices."
