"I order my pizza at 8:14 my pizza City show right between 8:55 -9:05 I didn't receive my order until 10:00 right before they close the audacity that I left the a tip that's why I don't like the tip and that's why people don't like the tip people no more cuz they can't even get you your pizza on time Do not order from them"

"I love Imo’s pizza; it’s literally my favorite pizza spot ever. That said, I didn’t have the best experience today. The pizza tasted good, but the cheese slid right off every time I picked up a slice. It wasn’t cut well, I suppose. My husband’s boneless wings were good and so was the garlic cheese bread. My biggest complaint is that the signage out front says that they close the lobby at 9PM on weekdays. Well, today is a Sunday and the lobby was closed at 8PM. When I knocked on the door, all of the employees, who I KNOW heard me knocking, acted like they didn’t see me. It took me stopping the delivery driver from leaving to get him to run in and tell them to come serve me. Then, the woman with shoulder length dark hair that came to serve us at the window had a crummy attitude and said, “Oh yeah, we lock the door at 8PM.” I suggested that they put a sign up that informed customers of such, and she just brushed me off. Everyone that works there has a very dismissive attitude, and I’ll be sure not to waste my money there anymore."

"Got the sweet heat pizza. First time ever having Imo's It was pretty good. Crust was a little harder than I was anticipating but overall it was yummy. Probably just used to regular hand tossed crusts that are fluffier and lighter but I will go back for sure."

"I ordered a xl pizza, cinnamos, and boneless wings. My wings were soggy, and my cinnamos were old. I requested icing on the side and they were drenched in icing. Called to get see what can be done about the situation being that I only live 7 minutes from the store. The guy on the phone (forgot to get his name) basically accused me of lying and repeatedly told me “I don’t know what to tell you. The policy is no refunds” I asked for it to be remade and this man still told me “I don’t know what to tell you”. Horrible food and customer service. Will never return even if the food was free."
