"My rating would be higher because the staff is amazing. It's the kids that stay out here they are out of control. You never see not one parent. They are always on my car they sit there trash from their house at my back door. Or in front of the trash can. I seen a boy with a box cutter threatening the other kids. It suck because the inside of the homes are great. And if your single family household like me than it's a perfect place to stay.I know this a low income place but it doesn't have to look like it. I'm praying things get better."

"5 star is for the actual front office ladies specifically just their service. So happy to see Ms Jana back she’s been missed so dearly. And our new office woman ms. Deanne she has been wonderful from our first encounter excited to see this place improve."

"There was no manager. The maintenance never fixes anything . Roach infested when I moved in I had to bomb the apartment.. the double raised my rent and refused to fix the incorrect balance and continued to add late fees. Terrible place to be. There is trash everywhere. For real no lie go ahead and drive through and look you’ll be disgusted I’m sure."
