"I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Joann,the manager at Waters at Sunrise,I had some difficulty getting into a place,but when Joann was made aware of it,she didn't hesitate to address,& fix the issue,her level of professionalism, & her ability to get me moved in is absolutely unmatched in my opinion,& I also wanted to thank Paul for his genuine concern for me,& my family, it's a nice change, because he didn't treat me like my situation didn't matter,& for that I'm grateful to him it's refreshing to meet people that treat people like people,so if you're looking to move,& you want a nice clean & peaceful environment to call home,I strongly recommend Waters at Sunrise.Thank you again Joann & Paul for showing me,& my family kindness & understaning."

"Would give 0 stars if I could , the management team is trash , I e been charged. $100 late fee , twice for paying rent early . There's a HUGE roach problem . don't have a routine pest control, but yet force you into mandatory surprise inspections , and charge you money for maintenance requests . Do not recommend living here ."

"The only reason i didn’t give a 1 star is the maintenance team( they are amazing and will mention later). The rest of the place i would not reccto anyone. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors full conversation. I can physically see the studs in the wall. This is only made worse by the parents who cannot and will not take care of their kids. Children unsupervised running around everywhere breaking things and leaving trash. No parents in sight. Honestly CPS would have a field day if they spent 1 afternoon here. Front office don’t care one bit about any of this. Only saving grace is the maintenance team who (there are just 2) go above and beyond to help the residents. Only move here if it is a last resort."
