"This place is awful, took a year to replace a microwave, apartment was leaking when we move in,staff is really condensing and will do the minimum to help, before Christmas somebody move and left a lot of garbage in the parking lot the sad thing is this garbage was next to the apartment office. Took about a month to remove this garbage, and you will get notice for everything ,i pay my rent one day before is due still get notice for. Go somewhere out. You wil be more happy. I am looking somewhere out to live but here"

"I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and I’ve had my ups and downs here. Just as anywhere you live in an apartment community. Cons: *They do 3month inspections which is comforting to know but also doesn’t really make a difference with those who still do not care for the property as they should. *Neighbors smoke constantly and the smell does venture into your apartment which is extremely annoying. Even opening the windows or patio door isn’t great because it comes in through those as well when they are outside. *Now I’m sure most of you know that it’s never going to be peaceful, but when your neighbors have three kids and dogs. It sounds like a demolition crew upstairs, I’ve had to check my light fixtures many times to assure they are not coming loose. I have two kids myself and if one of those fell on their heads I’d go through the roof. But my doors rattle as well when they run through the apartment about 20-25 times a day. *Trash is always an issue around the bldg and breezeways due to no one using a trash can. The breezeways are always full of debris and dirt. I’m always having to sweep to avoid this coming into my apartment. *You get complementary parking on the first floor with a garage, but it is absolutely NO WHERE near your building. They do not mention this until you’ve moved in. So those of us who would prefer to use their garage for what it is intended for, CAN NOT. Those who live on the 2nd and 3rd get carport spots, but they never use them. So it crowds the parking and you ended up having to park so far away just to get home. Good luck when you have kids and groceries. Pros: *The inside of the apartments have a lot of useful space, such as the storage closets and patio closet. *Carpet in every room which is very nice, but white. *reasonable pricing for the area *staff change but are nice, Jenee who recently helped me over the phone was beyound helpful and patient. I had so many questions because I received my renewal letter under my door mat hidden. And it was two weeks under there before I saw it but she answered all my questions and was so patient. Never felt like she was annoyed or rushing me to get off the phone. Over all it’s a nice community just has a lot more down falls than expected, but I’m happy with my layout. Thank you ladies in the office and gentlemen who put up with ever so annoying trash throughout the community."

Samantha in the leasing office went above all expectations and gave me a great insight to the area and apartment amenities! Now an established resident, I continue to receive the same top tier service that originally made me feel at home!
