"Bought a gun four days ago, tried to pick it up yesterday and was told no gun pickups after 5pm after having to search for an employee to talk to. Today I came to pick up my gun and was told I needed my paperwork for when I bought it. I did not have my paperwork with me so I went home and got it and came back. When I got back to the store I was told I could not pick up my gun because there was no manager there. Hopefully the forth time I come to get my gun I can finally get it."

"Needed some football supplies for my son and their selection was really good for being in such a small town. If you ever have any questions employees are easy to find and glad to help you. Surprisingly prices are pretty competitive compared to bigger stores. The store is organized very well and clean."

"I would have gave this place 0 stars if this was an option. If you're looking for a gun I would highly recommend going somewhere else.. 1st off the customer service was horrible I stood in the gun section for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to even show up to show me a gun. After that they could not remove the trigger locks on any of the guns so you can actually tell what the guns feel like in your hand or its action. Very disappointing because there was 2 guns I was very interested in. I will just make the short drive to Scheels."
