"We stopped by right at the time they opened. There was a guy who worked there that was carrying boxes to his car. I walked in and said hi and he replied how can I help you? And not a friendly voice. He acted like I annoyed him because he had to stop and wait on me and I interrupted him carrying the boxes to the car. I only got 6 doughnuts and I ordered 3 of one kind and 3 of a different kind. I thought that was a pretty simple order and not much trouble. But I guess he thought differently. I have been in here once before and the guy (different guy) was very nice and cheerful and made you feel welcomed. This guy was totally opposite. I frequently visit the Crystal City one and they are always nice and welcome you so I have to admit I was surprised by this guy's attitude."

"Great place; not a chain, so that is a positive right away. Always plan to make a stop on road trips in that direction. Great variety and very fresh. Kids love the ones topped with Fruity Pebbles. Great fruit-filled and others with custard and cream cheese. The man behind the counter always says, "You're going to have a great day because you have donuts!" If calories are a concern, do not stop. Otherwise...enjoy!"
