McDonald's

"I'll never give McDonald's my money again. Seems like every time I get anything with eggs they have egg shell in the sandwich. This is unfortunately not the 1st time. You have to order at a kiosk which BTW they don't work. They managers don't even acknowledge you as a customer for at leat 10 min. And they want to charge you $22 for a $2 cheeseburger but don't offer quality food or service. This place is a joke for a restaurant"

"Easily the worst McDonald’s in the area. I’ve had so many issues everytime we go to this restaurant. Today I felt compelled to write a review. I placed our order, paid, then went to the next window. After 5 min, someone opened the window & said “can I see your receipt?” Waited another few min. He came back out & asked if I could pull forward. Never gave me back the receipt. We pulled forward and parked. For 25 min I watched cars get their order, & drive off. Finally I got tired of waiting, and took my small child in with me to get our order. Waited a few min as I watched all of the workers argue & walk around confused. Finally someone asked me for my order. I explained that I had been waiting for 25 min up front. He asked for the receipt, & I pointed at the employee who took it from me. He then pointed to where he tossed it, in the finished order rows. The man who asked me for my order then said I’ll take care of it. Waited another few min and finally got our order without a word or even eye contact. Just dropped it in front of me. My kid loves McDonald’s, but my god this store by the fairgrounds in Belleville is literally the worst one I’ve ever been to."

"The staff is unprofessional and has been for sometime with the exception of one cashier who is consistently nice. Other than that, I'm lead to believe that management is weak and unprofessional as well. If you go inside, the workers walk right by you and you have to speak up in order to get service. If you are in the drive-thru, you have to initiate before someone greets you and takes your order. In my most recent visit (tonight around 7 pm), I was met with complete silence. No one came on the speaker to say they're system was down, that the staff was short, no sign was posted or anything. They apparently close/ignore you when they want to."

"The most rude McDonald's in the area. They rudely tell me they don't do double fries in the happy meals... Though the app allows you to order that way. Give the wrong sauce cause they can't keep the orders straight. It all could be overlooked if they were nice but they were absolutely rude. Won't be back."

"I was so impressed with the customer service I received today. The woman in back cash and the pass through window were AMAZING! My daughter is 4 and they talked to her while we paid and while we waited for our food to be bagged. It wasn't a long interaction, but I can tell you that I have not felt that feeling of "community" in a long time, especially from a drive-thu window. So a VERY BIG THANK YOU TO THOSE AMAZING LADIES! You made me and my daughter feel like a million dollars! THAT is customer service."
