And we loved the location; it was great to be able to walk to the town square or the park with such ease. High recommend."

"Never again will I live in a traditional apartment complex. The Courtyard is private, quiet, and serene. It almost feels like I live at an Airbnb that I just don't have to check out of. :) It's beautifully landscaped. I love the apartment and the layout. It feels like a little house instead of an apartment. The neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful as well which is very much appreciated. The location cannot be beat - within walking distance to the Georgetown Square you can easily walk to your favorite bars, restaurants, and shops. I-35 is conveniently close as well. House of Gainz gym is 2 minutes down the road or if you'd like to go for a run, the San Gabriel trail is practically in the backyard. Management is professional and genuine. Communication is easy and efficient. If any issues arise, responses are quick. I certainly don't miss feeling like I'm just another tenant lost in the numbers of a large complex. Highly recommended!"
