"Room had a bit of an odor to it, smelled like it may have been a smoking room at one time. It wasn't strong, but it was enough to be noticable when you first walk in. Otherwise, everything was great with the room. In regards to the gym, it really needs a fan to help keep it cool in there! Otherwise, it was clean and the equipment appeared to be well-maintained. Breakfast was decent. Coffee ran out quickly after breakfast opened, but otherwise, it was decent food and options available. Service was great! No complaints there! It was nice having a couple restaurants (Chili's & Applebee's) in easy walking distance too."

"I stayed in rm 205 yesterday (reservation in my significant others name) and everything went very smoothly. We booked our reservation online which was simple. Came to check in and was greeted as soon as we walked in. Our room was very clean and beds were comfy. There were a few things I needed and sent my bf downstairs to ask for them. When he came back with answers I needed and more he also said how awesome Seth ( employee) is. I was told by my bf that I had to write a review to thank Seth for being so accommodating. Customer service jobs aren't always the easiest and at times they test your patience but Seth's professionalism def made all of us happy. Thanks!"

"Claimed we were smoking in the room. Which we were not. Front desk clerk was snooty kicked us out because I disagreed with her. Poor customer service. She said she would charge me for the day I didn't stay. But in the end they only charged my stays. I like the comfort inns never had a problem before and I stay at a lot of them when I travel for work. But this one...never again. They don't even have moving carts for your items they gave me a linen basket. Never again."

"My experience was good up until Thursday I booked Sun. To Fri. I asked the cleaning lady for toilet paper and towels. I didn't want them to clean my room because we didn't plan on leaving. When I went to take my dirty towels a cleaning lady and another was at my door. I felt they were intrusive. Still took my towels and started picking up and getting ready. I took a shower when I got out my phone was ringing. The lady on the phone said she had been knocking on my door why did I not answer. I said I was taking a shower and my husband was sleeping plus there was a do not disturb on my door. She did not address my answer and just went on to say someone reported smoking in my room. I said no one's smoked in here I didn't smell anything I woke up my husband so we could both speak with her because she said she needed to inspect the room. He was angry I was confused she appeared at the door with accusations and didn't inspect the room j7st said someone's been smoking in here. My husband argued she told us to get out and no we would not get our money back for the next day. And when we left they hit our bank for 25 dollars. I plan on reporting the incident to higher management. It was very embarrassing as we had a week's worth of packing done in five minutes and she was laughing at us as we exited. It's a shame you give a girl a nice job of authority and she abuses her power. Shame on her for being judgmental and not even trying to get to the truth before making a call. The world today. I remember a time when customer service was important and the customer was always right. I will never stay there again. To my friends family and co workers and everyone working for samsung stay away from this place. They said they don't need our money they have plenty."

"Great service. Everyone is friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and had nice space. Easy access to the highway. Tons of food and stores near by. Great experience."
