"The review below in quotations is the what I posted to their page on Airbnb. The Host response ended with them saying the following " not sure if the hairs in the bed were done purposely for a refund." I am so taken back by this and feel completely disrespected! Firstly, they offered us a 20% refund that we accepted which should have been around $32; and ended they up processing a 10% refund which was $17. I mentioned the refund discrepancy to them and they ignored it, so I just let it go because it wasn't worth the trouble or the back and forth. So it's not hard to imagine why I'm upset that they are accusing me of lying when they can't even do simple math and process the refund correctly for the amount that was agreed upon. Since they want to go this route I want to warn everyone who comes across these cabins to tread lightly! & do not pay to stay here if you like your bed sheets clean of past guest. I don't even care about the refund at this point I just want the respect and acknowledgment that the bed sheets were in fact DIRTY AND UNWASHED!! To make this situation worse there was liter all around the back area of the property in this stream of water. I have those pictures posted as well. We did not even mention the liter because we were just going to let it and simply never return but after the accusations I cannot keep this to myself. "The cabin was charming and easy to get to. It all changed once we were ready to go to bed. The bed sheets and comforter clearly had not been washed or changed out from the guest before us. We saw multiple hairs on the fitted sheet as well as crumbs and stains. The comforter also did not smell freshly washed, that was not fun. Thankfully the second sheet looked a little better so we slept on top of that. After informing the host they offered us a different cabin but we were only staying one night, so moving would have been a bigger inconvenience for us and I also did not trust that the sheets would be clean in a different cabin. They were very responsive and offered a very small discount but did not earn a returning customer after my experience.""
