"Does anyone work at the leasing office anymore?? I have tried emailing and calling regarding certain circumstances on separate occasions & did not hear a reply for either. I have even stopped by the office while there is a “Open” sign on the front door but the doors were locked. Not only is management lacking, but some of the residents here are loud, inconsiderate to others, & leave trash everywhere. It’s a shame because this apartment complex has so much potential to be 5/5 stars."
"2 of my best friends live here and I've been hearing their issues w this place for a year now. I visit for myself and my take: the apartment is roomy and looks nice. However the neighbors are LOUD! And when I say loud, I mean literally stomping on the floor when they walk. I wondered if they would fall through the ceiling it was so bad, and apparently that's how it is nearly every night! I mean just chilling watching TV and having to turn it up bc you can hear everyone's conversations in different apartments. It's annoying as heck! Are the walls made of cardboard w paint on them? Also it wasn't even a weekend when I visit, trash was piled up. It's affordable, and the apartment itself is nice but they want to live somewhere they feel safer. The one neighbor they are friendly w told me as a single woman she is also wanting to move somewhere safer (several apts are occupied by "obvious drug dealers") Not a one off bc I visit them regularly and it's always so dang loud."
"Absolutely a joke of management. No one calls you back or answers email. I’ve lived there since they opened up for residency. There’s vandalism in the parking lot, drug deals, and theft of packages. They hired a company to do security and that lasted about a month and it wasn’t even consistent. I’m moving out asap. Just a nightmare of management every single time they have a change. Joe is definitely an asset. He should be the manager. They leave him there alone almost every single day. Do NOT live here."
"I’ve been here for coming up on 4 years and boy I wish living hadn’t got so expensive because I am dying to leave. There is a new person in the office every other month and they get worse and worse. I’ve had an insect problem for probably 2 1/2 and they do not freaking care. I’ve wrote emails, talked to numerous people and nothing. I’ve been bit, along with my child. It’s just all a revolving door truly. The best thing going around this place is the maintenance man Joe, I gave up on the office long ago and just go straight to him with pretty much anything. It’s sad. Office is either uneducated, undertrained, or absentee. We have a new person Sharronda Hill and I had faith in her coming and getting it together and boy was I wrong. She’s extremely condescending, gives false info, and seems to be personally detached and just doing the motions. We once used to be a friendly little apartments, it’s pretty much lost that touch and people reside for survival. They’re cheaper than like anything around so maybe you get what you pay for?"
