"Long wait inside and at the drive thru. Always cold fries. One time I waited to get a cup of coffee for 45 minutes and had to leave for work without my coffee. The reason for two stars is because it's McDonald's and there always be a place in my heart for McDonald's. Good memories!!!"

"SO SLOW! didn't even know what my order was when giving it to me. waited almost 1 hour for 2 people meals DO NOT RECOMMEND!! just go to diary queen"

"The children working did not check the front and customers left. We waited over 20 minutes for a simple egg McMuffin and a biscuit with egg and cheese. Ridiculous. Then we even had to wipe our own table down as none were clean. Worst service ever experienced here!"

"I placed a mobile order for curbside pick-up. We waited 35 minutes in our parking space before someone came out to bring a different mobile order out to someone that had been sitting there for 10 minutes, at which point I asked the McDonalds employee if they could check on our order. A few minutes later, they came out with our order, and the 2 shakes that we ordered were complete liquid, so I then had to walk back inside and ask for our shakes to be remade."

"The wait in the drive thru is always 20+ minutes, something is always wrong with your order. Cheeseburgers end up coated in ketchup after they smash them inside the wrapper. After my experience today, I won't be returning. 30 minute wait, asked us to repeat our order at least 5 times at the window and insisted on giving us what they had entered in instead of what we actually wanted. We get the food and instead of sausage we get ham. They had it least seven employees working at the time and they just can't figure it out."
