"If I could give zero stars I would. Emily I believe was who took our order messed up our order after we repeated it multiple times and she had an attitude about it. Our food was not very fresh and the chicken in the bowls were soggy. Very unprofessional."

"Only reason service is 2 stars is a few workers who honestly do their best but they can carry everything!! This is one example of food a crunch wrap "supreme" this honestly had to be a joke! I took 1 bite and got nothing but the hard shell and tortilla so I opened it to see this mess which is just a lack of every ingredient other than the hard shell and tortilla. Like this is something that is so bad it could not have been just a accident along with so many other incidents."

"Utilized Drive thru. Realized received wrong order after I left. Returned & went inside. Presented receipt & what I actually got. Worker had a "I could care less "attitude. Then manger got involved & became sarcastic towards me, with a belligerent attitude. like it was my fault. We ended in a shouting match as she continued to be more sarcastic. NOT the way a manager should treat a customer."

"Ordered our food on the app they notified us it was ready in less than 2 minutes for dine-in. We got the Crunch Wrap Supreme which was nothing more than the Crunch and the wrap, it had hardly anything in it at all. And the classic Taco was more like a taco salad when you unwrapped it because it was all smashed...this is why we go to the Columbia taco bell...very sad to see. Long time Waterloo resident."

"I ordered a Mexican Pizza and asked to add some onions. It costed me 30 cents extra. I ended up getting very little onions and one piece of tomato on it with very little sauce on top of it. My pizza was nowhere looks near as what I saw on their walls and menu. Looks like I got ripped off."
