"I got a wagyu burger that was burnt on the outside and raw in the inside. It came with shredded lettuce that tasted and looked old as hell, same with the tomatoes. I took one bite and tossed it. My boyfriend got the 2 for 7 roast beef and cheddar sandwiches with extra cheddar, which they charged us for, and we didn't receive.They also put some nasty metallic tasting sauce on it that had have been spoiled because it ruined the whole thing and he didn't eat his either. Definitely won't be back because this place is absolutely disgusting."

"I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! I spent almost $20, and fries were cold & nasty...the new prime rib sandwich was old and cold as well..the only thing that was fresh was the mozzarella sticks since they had to actually make them up in fryer....if I would have realized how bad my food was before I was on my way home I would have turned around.....but lesson learned I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN"
"Service was really good the young lady behind the counter was friendly and polite. Food was ready really fast and hot. The only problem was that one shift manager was discussing with the other shift manager personal problems at the counter in front of the crew and customers.This stuff needs to be handled behind closed DOORS."
